30-Day Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days after delivery. Whether the sizing wasn’t right or you simply changed your mind, we’ll do our best to help you quickly and fairly.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
All tags and original packaging must still be included
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
To request a return, please contact us at info@lilynewyork.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
After your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been completed.
Please note:
We do not charge restocking fees
Original shipping promotions remain non-refundable
Customers are responsible for shipping and customs costs for returns related to exchanges or change of mind requests
