Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Time: Once processed, delivery within the United States typically takes 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 Eastern Time (ET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photo evidence so we can offer a replacement or refund.
Lost Orders: Most deliveries arrive on time. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service team.
For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In such cases, remaining items typically arrive within 1–3 business days after the first package.
