Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this time, orders are processed quickly and may already be prepared for shipment. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process described below.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Return Instructions

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide return approval along with instructions.

Step 3 – Prepare Your Return
Securely pack the item, including all tags and original packaging, and include the return authorization details.

Step 4 – Shipping
Use a reliable tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 days. Your financial provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order through our website.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference. Photo evidence is required.

Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will cover the return shipping and send the correct product.

Lost Orders
Most deliveries arrive on time. If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery date plus 3 additional days, please contact customer support.

For larger orders, items may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. If so, remaining items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first package.
